I have lived in a few apartments in my time, and this place is by far the worst. When you walk in, you can tell the place is old and rather decrepit. It has tacky wallpaper from the 70s, worn carpet and cabinets that don't quite close. The closet doors continually come off the tracks, and yes, there is frost on the INSIDE of the windows, and no matter how much you -----, no one comes to fix it. In the winter, we had to staple a heavy quilt across our balcony door so that we didn't freeze, obviously an indicator that the insulation leaves much to be desired. The office staff are pleasant, but generally incompetant. If you get a garage, there's no guarantee that you will be able to have it for more than a few weeks before it breaks and you have to get another one. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer per building, meaning that 12 apartments get to share them. In all honesty, you are paying for much more than you are getting. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
