This place is very run down for the $$$!

Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1994
I lived in Amberwood for 2 years, this was 10 years ago. We were on the bottom floor, we actually had earthworms coming through the walls. When I complained I was told "what do you expect, your on the bottom floor". I had leaking from the bathroom above me, windows leaked, trash everywhere on the grounds and there was a problem with mice. I looked at Amberwood this year (2001) to see if they had improved as I was looking for a place that accepted dogs, it was even worse than what it was 10 years ago, the only money they poor into the place was to make the clubhouse look nicer.
When we moved out it was because rent went from $490 to $610 in one month (they claimed it was for improvements) I?m glad we left because those improvements still haven?t happened after 10 years!
