when i moved into amberwood apts with my fiance and her children I was disgusted with the Apartments and their condtions, plus the grounds. and the time it took for ANY repairs to get done. I could have done 99% of the repairs myself but mangement would not allow it. I repair and paint APTS for a living, so i know exacly what im talking about here in the way of Apt condition and up keep.

serious problems with the plumbing, insulation, windows, mold, mice, bugs were always there. Althought they did spray for bugs 1 time. Afterwords they were still there. The only thing i could do is go out and get a bunch of roach motels. but the problem was still there. My step-daughters car was broken into 2 times during that one year... and the garage we rentent ( for a insane price) was broken into several times becasue the door would not close completely and maint would not let me fix it and they didnt ever get to it.

i could go on and on here but to boil it all down here..... if you wanna pay a bundle to people who do next to nothing but feed you lines of BS and make excuses for problems in your apt... and generaly say you have to live like this, go ahead ...... but i pity you if you EVEN rent form these people...
