This is the worst place I have ever lived. Vehicles get broken into on a weekly basis yet the shotty at best management dismiss this activity to the time of the year and people need money so they break into cars. How pathetic. There are holes in the wall behind most of the cupboards so pest control is obviously not a concern to management. Everything in our apartment was patched together to last maybe a week at most. The cupboard doors fell off, sinks leaked,and the toilet was always broken. After a closet door broke it was found that management previously fixed it with duct tape. One of our kittens nearly died after crawling into a hole underneath the bathroom sink. The apartment at the end of the hall contains asbestos. It makes you wonder why only one unit has asbestos. Management lies about everything. Pools went without water all summer long yet the said they would be filled. The carpet in the halls was destroyed by the painters. Management said they were in the process of replacing it but that was nearly four months ago and still no new carpet. Doors are always broken. Mr.T wouldn't feel safe living here. I pity the fool who lives at Amberwood. Right now the air conditioner is broken and only two of the four windows will open yet they lack screens so no help there either. There is not enough parking and the lot is very dark. The landscape is a joke. There was no grass on the lawn. Rains would make muddy messes. There are animal phecies everywhere. There workout machines have been broken for over a year. Top to bottom the worst place I have ever lived.
