When My wife and I first moved into these apartments we loved them, less then 4 months after moving in we had issues with the ceiling in the bathroom getting wet from something leaking above, after having maintenance people come in 4 different times over a period of 8 months they discovered that the bath tub in the unit above ours was leaking, they ended up having to cut a big hole(18" x 12") in the ceiling to help find the leaking section of the tub.

the management at this complex is a complete joke, very unprofessional, and rude.

although the unit we lived in was brand new and we were one of the first people to move into the building, the interior construction of the building is far from well built. Just a few things we noticed the first week of living there, paint on the carpet, the carpet was coming up in the closets and pulling apart and coming up where it was seemed together, paint on the mirrors, and vanity, and that was just a few things.

after living there for about 6 months we noticed mold growing on and around the window seals, contacted the front office about it and two days later a maintenance person came to look at it, they wiped the window seals with a damp cloth, and left. less the a month later we notice the mold back again, called the front desk and someone came and looked at it, they wiped it down and said they would have the contractor come and look at the seals and they can replace them if needed, months went by and i never heard a thing from the office about what was going to happen with it.

Another issue we had was the main door to come into our section of the building seemed to be the only door in the entire complex that didn't have a spring of some sort to slowly close the door when its opened, instead it slams shut, and when your bedroom is right by that door, it's kinda annoying. I understand it's an apartment complex and your going to hear doors opening and people walking above you and noise and such, but this was just beyond the typical apartment complex noise.

There were many more issues we had but i think this should be enough to make someone not want to live here....
