I have lived here for almost 2 years. The apartments were build in 1996, so they are fairly new. There are details in the apartments that add some style. There are a lot of single mothers/low income familys.

If you have children, there is a wonderful park within walking distance and a new public library. It is close to Walmart, HyVee, Toys r Us, Carlos O kelly's, Petsmart, McDonalds, Sam's Club. A lot of different places.
