The apartments are cheaply made. The windows leak air terribly, they have fallen out on me, the cabinets in the kitchen have literally fallen off because the screws weren't placed in properly, the diswasher is constantly broken. Above all of that, the people who live here are not very courteous, they are loud, obnoxious and the police are here frequently. There is not enough parking for visitors. After all of the negatives, the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful and you can't beat the price for rent! If you are willing to make a couple of sacrafices for cheap rent, this is the place for you.
