Alot of ------- and lowlife scum parking their run down, oil leaking vehicles where ever they can. Boom boom boom throughout the night with the ghetto blasters coming from the 1979 cadillacs. The rims cost more than 6 months rent. Crack is sold openly and children are run oft.
