Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived here for a short time after selling my house and waiting on a job transfer. I thought the maintenance and office staff were pleasant and helpful. I never had any problems but a friend of mine lived several buildings down and indicated that she had a terrible problem with mice.

Good deal for the price back in 2005.
