This has a mix of rental and owned condo units, and it is a relatively small complex compared to some of the mega complexes in town. You are 3 blocks from the University campus, and all the performing art complexes. The resident manager is very helpful - and the units are nice. A converted warehouse with very high ceilings - Rooftop patio - where you can see the UNL stadium. Fun on football Saturdays! Unique!
