When I initially looked at the apartment I was told there was always plenty of parking along the street. 9 out of 10 times I have problems finding a parking spot. Of course, they do rent out parking spots for $55/mo.
It is a very quite place to live. Also a very good location.
The utilities are higher than what I expected. My previous place was twice the size and my electric bill is as much here as it was there. I don't even use the air conditioning here! They bill your electric with your monthly rent, I have my suspicions that my electric bill includes powering things that are not part of my studio. It is only a suspicion, I have not asked.
Whenever I had maintenance issues the maintenance person came to fix it within a few hours, most of the time.
The lease manager is very friendly and courtious.
Ocassionally a tenant will decide to start smoking and the smoke propogates throughout the floor/building.
The studios are furnished. The bed that comes with really isn't a bed. It is more of a couch where there 'second half' rolls out from under the bed. So you sleep on two mattresses with a crack in the middle. I wake up sore all the time.
