Not a good situation

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived at 1824 M St. complex and I'll admit it isn't the best area of town, and it is for lower income, but as a college student, I thought it was terrible. The people living there are scary, parking is bad, rent is high for what I got, and they screw you over with your deposit. Just all around a pretty shady operation.
