I really had a bad experience with Century. My heating barely worked all winter and they were never able to fix it. My air conditioning didn't work for a couple summer months until they finally decided to replace it. I forgot to give 30 days notice at the end of my lease, and when I realized it about a week late they were completely inflexible about letting me out of it. I had to move my stuff out anyway, and I came back the next month (which I had paid for) to find someone had already moved in without my even knowing it. I was eventually refunded for that and I received most of my deposit back, but those are really the only two good things I can say about Century.

THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. IHAVE LIVED AT MY APARTMENT FOR ABOUT4 YEARS, ANYTIME I HAVE EVER HAD A PROBLEM THEY WERE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME RATHER IT WAS A MAINTENANCE OR A LOUD PARTY. THE ONLY BAD THING THAT HAS HAPPENED IS THERE ARE SOME SHOULD I SAY QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE THAT MOVED IN. BUT I THINK YOU GET THAT EVERY APARTMENT YOU LIVE AT. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH CENTURY MGMT AS A WHOLE.
