I took out a 3 month lease for Adrianna courts for this summer before I had to go back to school. They were very flexible with pro-rating and were nice overall. We had a couple things that needed repairs and their staff had them always had them done by the time we were home from work at 5:00.

Overall, it did the job for the summer. The kitchen was big enough, 2 bathrooms, there was a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and huge closets. They did a really good job with the outside landscaping as well by having lots of trees and flowers. Plus, there is a cement bike path within a couple blocks. I do agree that it is a rip off to pay $20 for the pool. But it's a quaint place to live--I'd recommend it.
