Numerous Problems

The grounds are great and well kept. However, there are dogs everywhere and few people clean up after them. This makes it not a very child friendly environment.
Very close to East UNL campus and Wesleyan so there are a lot of college students. This creates an extremely loud environment. All windows and doors are very old and not insulated well so all noise comes through.
Walls are extremely thin and all noise from neighbors is heard. When I say "all noise", use your imagination and imagine what noises you will hear. Conversations in the bathroom, etc.
Management is impossible to work with. They were extremely unfriendly and not flexible. Be careful of extra fees for attempting to end the lease early, they are very high.
Maintenance is fairly prompt, but they must be blind because the work if of extremely low quality. They patched a wall after moving the thermostat and expected us to paint it! We refused and after 6 weeks of complaining the wall was painted, but in a different color and with drips down the wall.
Paying extra to use the pool does not make sense. Rent is high, $615 for a one bedroom. I would have continued looking but was in a rush.
Extremely high turnover, so you never know what kind of neighbors you will have from one month to the other. I can't wait to finally move out in 4 weeks!
