i lived in charleston ct for about 2 years.the apt itself was nice but the problems that came with it were not nice.i lived on a ground level and i guess some bugs are expected but i had tons.one spring the sump pump decided to fail and my apt flooded.i was without a place for a week.the complex paid for a hotel but it was still an inconvience plus some valuable stuff ruined.also i has a problem with mice the managemnt came in and laid glue traps but i had already done that.there was mouse crap everywhere.also i had a neighbor that loved to party not just on the weekends but every night that kept me awake.if i was you i would consider another place before living here
