Nice but staff is not good

We lived in Alena Court in a loft. Alot of space and the price was not bad. They get a good deal on cable as well.
However the office staff is not helpful or friendly. And please don't have your air conditioning go out on a weekend. The maint. staff is too drunk to come and work on it!!
It is a good place to live if you don't mind giving your deposit to Chateau. They will LIE about everything. It does not cost $100 to clean two spotless bathrooms. CRAZY! IF I had it to do again. I would live there. But I would have peed all over to really give them something to clean! :)
