Anyone who has anything bad to say about these apartments wouldn't be happy anywhere. So shut up!!!
I have lived in alot of apartments in Lincoln and Chateau is definately one of the best! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds and maintenence crews are very good. Everytime it snows, they are there that night or definately early the next morning. We lived in the Chateau Meadows in a 2 bedroom on the second floor. Noise is not a problem. There are some college kids that live there but overall, noise isn't a problem. There was a party on the end of our building once that got a little wild and cops showed up in full force. The grounds are beautiful, parking can get a little crazy but maybe only one night a week. Overall a great experience..we stayed here 5 years! Location is perfect.
