I have lived in Chateau LaFleur for one year now, throughout the year we have had major problems go wrong with our apt. The heater quit working for two months, they couldn't figure out why, our heater is from 1969, so we had to live with space heaters for two months, in the dead winter. Then water was pooring out of one of the vents, discusting water, they wouldn't do anything about it so I had to clean up the mess, it was disturbing. Now water is leaking through the walls, and so our carpet is always wet. They just tell us to put fans down and let it dry. My dad came and looked at it and our carpet had mold underneath of it. I would not reccommend living here.
