My husband and I went to look at Chateau Terrace and everything looked really nice. We went ahead and filled out the applications and gave them $35 for the app fee and also we were told in order to hold it, we would need to put $450 for security deposit. So, we did, but one week later, we had a situation where we could not stay in the lincoln area and we let them know that. They deposited our check for $450 that day although we had never signed a lease whatsoever. I understand if they have a policy, but there was no working with us, so we were a little saddened by that. So, they'll rent it and keep our money for however they like. :) Moral of the story, know for sure you want to stay there and from then on out, I'm sure it will be just fine! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
