If anything ever happens, it will surely be fixed in a timely fashion. The apartment grounds have always looked the same since I've lived here. The grounds are kept up nicely. I seen one manager go since I've been here, and was replaced by a younger manager. The only difference I can see, is that new management lets ANYONE in. So I've seen a higher turnover rate, either because they can't pay rent, they are too loud, or they were arrested. Some of the people around here are shady, but it is fairly secure and we've never had any problems with car theft or robbery in our apartment. Our car has been backed into twice, on a hit-and-run accident, so we've had to pay out of pocket for that. Otherwise, everything is just peachy.
