we currently live on huntington and are very unimpressed with this building. when we first moved in the place looked very nice. there is a fireplace next to the window and the price is descent. the hallways arent the greatest but i thought we could live with that. however looks can be very deceiving. our sinks do the exact opposite as what they are supposed to do. they back up on a regular basis all in which are inches away from overflowing onto the floor, and one case in which it did overflow. we called maintenance and the guy was very unpleasant on the phone. the neighbors above us sound like they have a circus in their home and they have kids who run around at all hours of the day. you can hear the kids at 3 in the morning. people constantly run up and down the stairs. people who dont live here are always stopping by and makes me wonder whats going on. the lady across the hall has a pet bird which stinks very badly. the bug problem is probly the worst part of it all. it started with a uncontrollable amount of ants. we had someone come over and spray but it only made things worse because after that the roaches started to come out. i do not recommend that anyone even thinks about renting from cheever. especially if u have any kids who are just learning to crawl or walk.
