The maintenance service quality needs improvement.

The apartment location and landscape are nice, but the maintenance service quality has not well managed. Although the work orders for the maintenance were placed, none of them would be done unless there are followup for the second of the third time by the residents. I wish the management and the maintenance guy (I saw only one guy for the whole complex) serve the residents better than the current situation.
