Poor management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
3 out of 4 times I tried to visit the office, it was closed. Office hours are 9-5 M-F and 9-12 Saturday. The office was regularly closed during scheduled hours.

Noise and parties are problematic. The place turns into Bourbon Street on the weekends. Loud parties are held regularly and the only option is to call the police or the Claremont emergency pager, however they wouldn't consider noise an emergency.
