My wife and I spent 3 of the worst yrs. of our lives there. If you like to party,and get drunk everynight,this is the place for you. It takes them forever to fix things.The owner doesn't care about the security of your well being. We had some stuff stolen, and the owner just didn't give a rats ass. He also owns Deer Park. I would stay away from both of these places.

well, this is a COLLEGE appartment complex. you and your Wife shoud have found some where else to live. when COLLEGE is in the title of the appartments one would expect some drinking and partying to be going on but it is not excessive.
