Don't move here. Words can not describe how disgusting College Park is. They are cheap, unorganized, and management is extremely snotty. When my roommate and I moved in, we did not even move into a clean apartment. There was furniture left over from the last residents, and dishes in the sink! We ended up having to pay the damages from the last residents even though College Park offers lease by room. The walk-in ways to the apartment look like alleys, and there is constantly a scary police man driving around monitoring the residents. Like any party would make this place more ------' Don't move here. It's cheap because ya, it's cheap and ----.
