i just moved in CPA in April. my first impression was that the manager and sec. were there just to get your money, unfortunitly, i was right. i personally did a part time "maintence man" position, and i mean 'part time' 5 hours to be exact. the guy let me go because i didnt answer the phone when he called and the full time maintence guy wasnt clear enough for me to understand what he wanted me to do. after walking through all the buildings, NONE OF THEM ARE NICE AT ALL!! AND THEY ALL STINK!! the rent is was over priced for a college student to afford, unless your not paying for it. ive only been here for 2 1/2 months and already want to move out. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! VERY DIRTY!! THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING CUZ THE MAIN GUY IS NEVER AROUND!! THE PLACE IS FALLING APART, TRASH EVERYWHERE!! MY SLIDING DOOR DONT LOCK SO THEY JUST PUT A 1X2 PEICE OF WOOD!!
