Whatever you do, do not move here. This management is the worst I've ever seen. They come into your apartment without calling you. They think they can do whatever they want breaking the NE tenant-landlord laws. It's dirty around the property. They waste water to water the mudd patches that they have left. Partying going on constantly. Liscense plates have been stolen of off cars here, an armed robbery happened. I'd rather live on a cardboard box on the street. The rent may seem cheap but if you think about it you're paying over a $1000 for the whole apt. So many other nicer places in town to rent from.Apartments are cheaply put together. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I mean who has an 18 page lease. Some crazy complex like this one 18 pages!!! and they have the right to move you at any time to another apt. They try to tell you just sign here but make sure you read each and every page. It'll blow your mind away. You'll be sorry
