Management is poor, have walked into apt. without a notice, and left my ex-roommate a message in the wrong door. When my roommate and I opted to get out of our lease, they said they couldn't handle it and that I would have to call the main office in Oklahoma! (which ended up being BS) Tried to get out in the circumstances that the night our neighbor got robbed, our lock was broken also, and the dog we had living there had to be found by the Humane Society 2 days later!

Actually told the NEWSPAPER in Lincoln that they did not want Police coming on uninvited. Not a very smart thing to go public with... the next few months, several cars window glass was/is constantly on the cement, which they WILL NOT clean up until enough people complain (I guess that's how it probably works with that management). They fired the only security guard (Jonathan), who actually told people to keep it quiet at parties. The others currently, sit near the office building for a few hours at night.

A car outside my friends building was lit on fire from the inside after it got busted into. Someone else said it on here too, but it needs repeating: robberies happen all the time, but parties get all the attention from security and the police! And yes, it is indeed on a he/she say basis--which is probably told on by their workers, who all live there also (can you say benefits!)

Oh don't be fooled by the nice office building, resort pool, and the shuttle. The basketball "court" has 8 ft. hoops which the rims have not been unbent since I've seen it.

You'll have random people walk into your parties, and if you don't let them in they will probably rob you or hit you with brass knuckles (happened at one of ours).

Maintence came into replace a thermostat face, which was already falling off, and tried to charge us $75 for the work which took "less than 3 minutes" (quoted from my roommate). After leaving messages for 3 weeks (called at least twice a week), it finally got reduced after the date it was supposed to be due! Contacting someone finally after the payment is due on the management's behalf is just ridiculously poor.

Building wise: the hallway was are concrete, doors are dented, my door at my building drags on the ground for the past 9 months.
