I worked at the view for a few weeks. Management sucks. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The head of the maintenance staff murdered his girlfriend 50 yards from where I sleep. Apparently he was on hard core antidepressants. This is the guy that has access to every apartment and every room. Also, security deposit is something like $250. I guarantee you will never see that money again. My friend moved out last year and tried to charge him $300 plus his $250 deposit. If that makes sense to you than this is the place to live.
