College Park Apartments formerly Sterling Univeristy Stadium View

So, I've lived here a year now, and it definitely has its good parts and bad parts. Some of the bad parts would include the cabinet doors falling off occasionally and a leaking bathroom sink, but usually if you fill out the work order they usually come fix it the next day. The better parts, it may not be the cheapest, but you have an individual lease so you don't ever have to pick up a roommate's slack on rent. There's a shuttle to campus, which has been very helpful to me considering I don't have a car. The drivers are more than willing to drop you off anywhere in between campus and the apartment itself. When the shuttle isn't running, there is a bike trail that runs very close to the apartments and its about a 20 minute walk to campus if you are walking slow. Every thing in my apartment was new from the carpet to the furniture. Its freakin sweet to have my own bathroom, too. I moved in with two people that I didn't know, but I had a good time getting to know them and have met a lot of people in the area because of them. I realize that a few of my friends weren't as fortunate, they had immediate issues in their apartments, but they don't claim to be perfect.
