I live here right now, and I hate it. It's so overpriced - I pay $390 a month for a ------, tiny apartment. The shuttle is convenient, when it doesn't leave you, and the hot tub is nice too. I have, however, had a LOT of problems with the management. They've lost checks for rent before, and they've taken a check and deposited it three weeks before they told me they would. Then when you call them to talk to them about it, they are never there, and when they take your name and number to call you back, they never do.
Also, the apartments are poorly made and are not energy efficient at all. They say they clean and/or replace the carpet every summer before new tenants move in, but when my roommates and I moved in, the carpet had stains all over it. It's the cheapest stuff I've ever seen. Also, our couch was stained and had trash and food stuck in the cushions. They made a big deal out of it when we called and asked them to replace it. Things break down all the time, and my shower floor is cracked and dirty.
They claim to have high speed internet, but half the time it doesn't work, and the other half it's slower than dial up.
This place sucks.
As soon as I move out in May, I'll never move back.
