I live here and this place is so bad! you move into a ---- apartment that looks nothing like the brand new nice model. I was told I could rent furniture and I looked at their rent furniture and it was really nice looking and the day I moved in it was falling apart and looked nothing like the ones I saw. The mattress had pet hair food and a dirty sock on it!(but they say they cleaned the apartment) There was also stained ripped carpet and dirty all over the bathroom the shower was clogged and my bathroom floor was so sticky! Oh and when I called they seemed annoyed that I wanted it fixed' Like i said the rent furniture is crappy the couch had food crumbs and old scraps of stuff under the cushions and the chair was broken! It still has not been replaced and I've been here since August! Also they say they have a convenient computer lab however the printers never work and the computers are outdated so sometimes you cannot pull up your work! and they never send out notices if the computer lab is down or if the shuttle is not working which is isn't most of the time...(so don't depend on it)Also the internet is AWFUL it never works it is slower then dial up and just stops working half the time is so annoying and when you call the clubhouse they take your name and number but NEVER CALL BACK! Oh and everything is so cheaply made the tiles in the kitchen all come off the a puzzle and they chip like paper!'
what made me really mad is that you fill out a paper about your study habits if you smoke or want pets etc. but they don't consider any of that when they match you up. I said I was VERY clean, don't smoke and I'm allergic to cats so no pet please. and when I moved in my roommate smoked and had a cat...oh and none of them help clean the apartment ever! I think you get the point that this place sucks and the gates are always left open so its not gated!' Its a flippin joke!
