The staf is courteous, but I was charged for cigarette butts in front of my balcony (lived on the 2nd floor), and I don't even smoke. The staff claimed that I was smoking and throwing butts in off my balcony. The person below me was part of the staff, and they told me that she did not smoke so it had to be my apartment.
A week later I saw the downstairs tenant smoking on her porch. Falsely charged. Then we were constantly getting harassed for having a bbq grill on our porch, it wsan't gas and we were not allowed to use it, which was fine. We did not use the grill but they would not allow us to keep it on the porch. So we had to keep it in our apartment. It was like living in a dorm. I would NOT recommend wasting your time with Colonial Heights
