Looks great but there are MUCH better values out there

After I moved in I knew I made a mistake. There are so many places in Lincoln, I could not imagine why anyone would pick this place. (My excuse is that I am from out of town and this was the lesser of the evils...) Anyhow, there is a slight noise problem. The cheap building materials are reflected in the noise you get from neighbors as well as the sounds of washing machines. There is NEVER convenient parking after 7 and if you have to park far along the sides, it is not very well-lit. The only working treadmill in the "fitness center" is now broken. Oh, and you get one fan. On the weekends it is hot as hell in there. The doors have a crappy spring so that when people leave their apartments the doors slam. I can hear doors slamming at 6 in the morning! The windows suck too for keeping out outside noise. They also OVERWATER thegrounds so the grass is often sludgy - tacky. Upon first glance it looks great but once you move in you realize that there are much cheaper places of better quality. The only thing I can say that is good about this place is that it is very secure and the maintenance staff is quickly responsive.
