Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
I lived at a CIP apartment building for 5 years on south 10th St. I had water damage from the upstairs apartment in the first month I lived there. Over the course of the next five years that I occupied the apartment they never repainted my kitchen. The neighbors were very noisy and often the police were there for domestic disturbance problems. The neighbor who lived below me had their window broken out in their living room and also their car stereo had been stolen. I'd avoid living here if you want some peace of mind in your home life. I heard that things really haven't improved there that much over the year that I had moved out. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
