I lived at a CIP apartment (Moore Place near 56th and Adams) for many years. The apartment was nice sized, but had outdated carpet. They provided one parking stall and other parking was on the street. My boyfriend had his car broken in to and so did many other people - I was lucky and did not. A few neighbors were loud and had parties, but I think that can happen most places in a small college town like Lincoln, NE.
