For the past two years we have had issues with a "leak" in the master bedroom closet. They have "fixed" it 7 or 8 times. The problem is still not fixed. I go into the closet to get Christmas decorations out and the same area that had problems is wet again. It was so bad the last two times they had to rip out the wall and flooring and replace it. And it's still not fixed. The neighbors had similar issues and they broke their lease and called the housing authority, resulting in that apartment being redone.

There have been constant leaks in the bathrooms and hallways of this complex. The laundry rooms are out of order more often than any other place I have been and the drainage of the laundry room can't be called drainage.

They have now overrented some of the buildings and parking is a nightmare. Can't wait to be gone when my lease is done.
