Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The apartments were nice inside and maintenance was very good, but they charged me over $200 for a small dent in the wall that I fixed myself. It only needed a little bit of paint! They are also very rigid and unaccommodating when you move out. The price is also high for what you get. Others on here have said they had problems with car theft - I had my gas siphoned. Garages are expensive at $50/mon.
