This complex has ok facilities but is definitely overpriced for what you get. Parking can be a mess and the manager is draconian about non-residents parking in front of the buildings. A visitor of mine had her car towed within 15 minutes without any warning. The building isn't very well insulated; there was a 20 degree temperature difference between my bedroom and the living room throughout the winter.

Moving out is a nightmare! They charged me $225 to clean the carpets and "found" $75 in late fees they forgot to mention for six months. So don't expect any of your sizable deposit back.

In addition to car theft in the barely lit parking lot, a friend of mine had a peeping tom visit her window off and on for nearly 2 weeks!
