I have been here a ton of years. Apartments are quite small, though I have never felt claustrophobic myself! Apartments looking south (towards P st. have more sunlight I would recommend those) - third floor is the best. It is really cheap, new management is kind, you are OH SO CLOSE to UNL. I find it a perfect spot for graduate students as it used to be noisy but not that much anymore. You have a kitchinette, a bathroom. Heat price (radiator) is included as well as gas. Many apartments have murphy beds so you don't need to get yours. I would recommend it to students with no much furniture, who do not care for a "real" apartment, but rather a more dorm-like room-like one. Overall I had a great experience living here. It is pretty safe, it is located downtown, there is nothing better around here in that regards. If you want parking you will probably need to rent a space in the Q place garage, across the street.
