These apartments are great for a college student that are looking for a nice apartment that is inexpensive and relatively quit. You can hear the people around you sometimes though. The rent is pretty cheap and it is a nice apartment. The worst thing about the complex is the parking. There is not any where close enough parking for all the residents. Maintence is a little slow at getting requests done but it is a large complex. the only other complant is the washing and dryer situation. you have one on the second and third floor but, that does not mean they are open very often though. I would recommend these apartments to any college student or some one looking for a good qualty and cheap apartment.
