I've lived here for around a year and there are good things and bad things. The appliances (dishwasher, oven, air conditioning etc.) are very old and tend to break down a lot, or not work very well. Parking is very strict and the garages can be hard to get into. Also not a lot of storage space.

On the good side it is very very quiet at night-time, the staff is very friendly, and the maintence guy is very quick and pretty good at what he does. Overall I would say the apartments are a bit over-priced, especially since you aren't getting a pool or rec center.
