Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Terrible experiences living here. Pest problems, noise problems, incompitant office staff, and horrible maintenance. Just so you know it'll cost you about $3.75 just to do one load of laundry. They're too cheap to replace the appliances from the 70's so the dryer needs to run about three times to dry a regular size load of clothes. The woman that ran the office was never around. If you do need to talk to her be prepared to hear about which cute male tenants live where and how they smell. Seriously, what kind of professionalism is that' I'm getting angry just writing this, just know you WILL NOT have good experiences living here!
