We lived in two different apartments, both were small and cramped. Each rented for over $600 a month. We are both full-time college students. There are a lot of loud, disruptive college students that like to party on the fire escapes and roll beer bottles down the hallways. Management doesn't do anything about this. Roof of the bulding leaks. We had a hole in the ceiling that was covered in mold and mildew, constantly dripped water, and they NEVER even attempted to fix it, even though we reported it on the first day we moved in. The building is also infested with silverfish. They were everywhere, despite the fact that Orkin comes to spray for bugs once a month. Resident manager does a poor job, misplaced rent checks, lost our keys before we moved in, and was never around during they day. Management claims these are "luxury" apartments, but they are far from it. These are the worst apartments we have ever lived in.
