We are so close to everything! The Lied Center for Performing Arts, Kimball Hall, Temple Theater and the Ross media Arts Center are 1 block North. The Haymarket with The Mill, Crescent Moon, shops and live theaters, is 2 blocks East. Within a few blocks are lots of nearby restaurants and coffee houses, UNL, SCC, it's right on all the bus routes, and literally across the street from The Grand 14-plex movie theater. We are upstairs from the YMCA which has lots to do including a pool you can access without ever going outside, and the best part is we NEVER run out of hot water! I have never seen a bug here in 2 years. The sub-flooring between floors is cement so it's quiet, too.
