I have lived here almost a year. The noise level is average. It's right off the interstate, and if your windows are closed it's not bad, but my apartment faces north and so now that it's nice out I have my windows open a lot, and it's not so pleasant at night. There are a lot of college students, and on the weekends there are a few immature kids running around the lot, or yelling obscene things from their balcony in the early hours of the morning. They also seem to find it funny to squeal their tires as the drive off. Some people are very rude and leave their trash all over the lot as well. Recently there has been broken glass all over the entire lot, several children play in the lot during the day, not safe. I almost feel like I am living on a college campus. Another thing to do if you decide to move here, make sure you confirm your move in date. I was told I could move in and when I called to get my keys, was told the current tenates weren't moving out until the next day, even though I had been advised I could move in. Don't move in right after the last tenates leave either, the cleaning crew rushes through cleaning and does a terrible job. I found cat little in the closet, bugs in the kitchen, and the carpet really should have been replaced. The parking lot is a bit dangerous at the entrance as well, there is a sharp turn and people like to speed around it like they own the road. Just be careful.

On the positive side: The people who live in my complex are very considerate, I have never had any problems whatsoever with the people who live in my complex. I live in a loft and the layout is very spacious, the deck is big as well, a definite plus. Appliances work well, and it's nice that it is all electric. The entrance is secure, and there is a call box, however, in the 8 months that I have lived here, and after asking twice, my number has yet to be changed from the old tenate. They also don't let you know that you can buzz someone in from your phone if they call you from the call box. It's a nice feature. Also there are two washers and dryers on each floor, very convienent. $1 to wash, $1 to dry.
