We moved from out-of-state to Lincoln and picked our apartment based on internet information (sight unseen). When we arrived, we were very happy with the apartment!

The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage and closet space and although they are 14 years old, are very well kept. The appliances are pretty new as are the carpets and paint. They are always doing what they can to keep the complex new and up-to-date.

We haven't had too many maintenance issues but when we have, they've usually been here bright and early the next morning to fix them and have done a wonderful job. The maintenance and office staff are fabulous to work with and really take care of the residents here.

Our only complaint is not having kitchen pantry shelves(though there is plenty of room for what we need--just not a nice pantry closet like some newer apartments may have).

We live on the 3rd floor apartment and have few problems with bugs and spiders (just a few silverfish throughout the year). The noise is minimal, the neighbors are great, and it is a good area of town to live in.

We definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a great place to live!!
