A nice place to live in a very nice neighborhood on the south side of Lincoln.

Kitchen and bathroom facilities are very good with lots of cabinet space and plenty of room for two people. Appliances are relatively new and in good repair. Living space is sufficient. We moved from a two bedroom into a one bedroom and didn't find our selves too squeezed. The outside storage closet helped a lot.

Parking is ample and their are garages available for rent.

Well kept playground on the property for those with children.

Only major flaws are white carpeting gets very dingy very fast, and shows every little stain. During the summer there can be an occasional problem with silverfish, but for the most part the apartment is bug free.
