I would have to disagree with all of the above comments. I had an appointment to view a one-bedroom apartment on my way through town the other day. Since I don't already live in Lincoln, I arrived a half an hour early (at 1:00) to Highpointe. As soon as I got there, I saw that the staff was eating lunch. I apologized for being early, but was repeatedly told that "it never fails, as soon as I get lunch someone shows up" to which I again said I was sorry for. She never said it was ok, just that "it never fails." At that point I didn't even want a tour of the mediocre-looking from the outside apartments, but I went anyway. When I actually saw the apartment, I almost wanted to apologize for wasting my time. I couldn't believe the cluttered mess they showed me. I would never rent from this apartment complex. Their rates are much higher than they should be. I have decided to rent from a brand new apartment complex, MUCH nicher for about $40 less/month.

We are so sorry that you had a negative experience at Highpointe while looking for your new home. It is never our intention to seem rude, if anything the leasing agent was just trying to make light of the fact that she was in the middle of grabbing a quick bit before a 1:30 appointment. The apartment that was viewed that day was an occupied apartment (we didn't have any available vacants to view) and we cannot control or predict the condition of apartment homes that are occupied by current residents. I live at Highpointe currently. Let me tell you if they said those things to you there were just joking! -------------- are the nicest people ever! there are so understanding and helpful it almost makes me feel guilty if I have to inconvience them to do something for me :). I love it here. I think maybe you are being to sensitive and need to understand when people are making a light joke. I am glad you dont live here because you dont aprreciate how great these apts are and how great our staff is.

haha ya right at home ... and -------------- yea there great if you want to have your husband hit on and if you want your husband and ------ to be caught together in the nice pool there at highpointe!!! AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE LADIES.... YEA RIGHT!!!!!
